It tastes like a hefty manly sausage, with a hefty salty meaty flavour with a tingle of sweetness for good measure, with no heat spiciness at all report really. Some of the staff have had Bratwurst in Germany before and they said its not as good and rich as an original Bratwurst but its quite a good replica.
